Product pages are drafted from spec sheets, in every language you sell in
Each new or revised spec sheet becomes a draft product page in English and every other language you sell in, using only the figures on the sheet. Your product manager and language reviewers approve.

How it runs with AI
When a spec sheet is added or revised in SharePoint, the AI reads it and drafts the English page in your house format, using only figures from the sheet. It writes the same page in each language you sell in, with model codes and figures exactly as in the sheet, and sends each one to a reviewer who reads that language. Once the product manager and the reviewers approve, every language goes live together.
How it is done today
The website carries each model in English and several Indian languages. When R&D adds or revises a spec sheet, the product manager writes the English page by hand and sends it to an agency for translation. The language pages go live weeks later, and older ones keep last year's figures until a dealer spots the difference.
Step by step
Where the work happens, what the AI does, and where it hands over to a person.
-
Step 1, AI
Picks up every new or revised spec sheet in SharePoint
Needs to know: Spec sheet folders, Revision history
In
SharePoint
-
Step 2, AI
Reads the model and every technical figure from the sheet
Needs to know: Spec sheet layout
In
SharePoint
-
Step 3, AI
Drafts the English page in your house format, using only figures from the sheet
Needs to know: House page format, Approved claims list
In Website CMS
Exception to step 3
Leaves a missing figure blank and asks the product manager for it
-
Step 4, AI
Writes the page in each other language you sell in, and sends each to its reviewer
Needs to know: Glossary for each language, Reviewer for each language
In Website CMS
-
Step 5, Person
Approves the specs and the wording, and the pages go live together
In Website CMS
What stays with a person
- Approves the specs and the wording, and the pages go live together
When a spec changes
When R&D revises a sheet, the AI compares the new revision with the old one and updates the figures on every language page. Each reviewer sees only what changed, so the language pages stay in step with the spec sheet.
Apps in this example
SharePoint
- Website CMS
The same flow works with the apps you use.
This fits you if
- You sell more than 50 models, and R&D revises spec sheets through the year
- Your website or dealer app carries product pages in more than one language
- Spec sheets live in SharePoint or a shared drive, as PDF or Excel files
- Dealers share PDF spec sheets on WhatsApp because the language pages lag behind
What to watch for
- The page uses figures from the spec sheet and claims from your approved list. A figure the sheet leaves out stays blank until the product manager fills it in
- Technical words need a glossary for each language, agreed up front, including which terms stay in English
- Safety warnings and warranty terms are copied word for word from text your legal team has approved in each language
- A person who reads the language approves every page before it goes live, and R&D's sign-off on the spec sheet stays the first check
