The Monday review starts from one page of sales, collections, stock and open issues
Every Monday morning, the AI puts last week's sales, collections, stock and open complaints on one page in Google Docs, with the reason beside each miss. The founder runs the review from it.

How it runs with AI
Early every Monday, the AI pulls last week from Odoo, Zoho CRM and Freshdesk and compares sales and collections with target. It finds the reason behind each miss in those systems, marks stock below its reorder level and complaints past their due date, and writes one page in Google Docs. Each head checks their section before the meeting, and the review starts with the decisions.
How it is done today
Before the Monday review, the sales head exports orders from Odoo, accounts lists the overdue invoices, stores checks stock and service counts open complaints in Freshdesk. Each head brings a different sheet, made on Sunday night or Monday morning. The first hour goes on reading numbers aloud, and the deals waiting in Zoho CRM are discussed from memory.
Step by step
Where the work happens, what the AI does, and where it hands over to a person.
-

This fits you if
- The founder and department heads meet every week to review the business
- Orders, invoices and stock live in Odoo, deals in Zoho CRM and complaints in Freshdesk, or in systems like them
- Each head prepares their own sheet for the meeting
- Low stock and late complaints come up in the meeting after a dealer has chased them
What to watch for
- Every number comes from Odoo, Zoho CRM and Freshdesk through fixed reports, and the page links to each source. The AI writes the words around the numbers
- The founder and the accounts head set the targets and limits once, such as the weekly order target and the limit on long-overdue dues, and update them when plans change
- Some reasons sit outside the systems, like a dealer's cash trouble. The department head adds them in a comment before the meeting
- Decisions on pausing supply to a dealer, holding a batch or approving a purchase stay with the founder and the heads
- The page shows when each Zoho CRM deal was last updated, so a stale close date is easy to spot and the sales head can correct it
